7-Day Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. This gives you time to inspect your item, and if it’s not quite right, we’ll make it right for you!

How to Request an Exchange

  • Step 1: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days by emailing muztast@gmail.com, or using the Live Chat feature on our website (VIA Whatsapp).
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange (size issue, damaged, or not as expected).
  • Step 3: Our team will verify the exchange request and guide you through the process.

Conditions for Exchange

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please keep in mind the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unopened: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items should also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exclusion of Certain Products: Some items, such as personal care products (e.g., beauty items, grooming tools), may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for any exclusions.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, Pls inform us within 24 hours we will exchange it accoridng to our terms and condition.

 Processing Time

Once your item has been picked up, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days. If you are exchanging for another product, we will ship the new item to you immediately after processing.

Costs Involved

  • Shipping Costs for New Products: If the new product is of a higher value than the original, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference in cost, including any applicable shipping charges.
